Ordering:

• When purchasing a laptop battery, you need to carefully check the laptop battery's model, capacity, voltage, appearance, shape, interface location, and location of the fixing screw hole, and provide the correct laptop model. Order Delay:

Refund Procedure:

• 1. Contact our service, tell us what's happened and show some pictures as proof.
• 2. Get an RMA (return number) and return address.
• 3. Take one picture of the return package and one picture of the return invoice.
• 4. Return item back and email these 2 pictures to our service, get refund in 5 min.

Replace new item Procedure:

• 1. Contact our service, tell us what's happened and show some pictures as proof.
• 2. Get an RMA (return number), the return address and a replacement order id.
• 3. Take one picture of the return package and one picture of the return invoice.
• 4. Send package back, email these 2 pictures to our service
• 5. Our service will update the status of resend order, warehouse will send a new item out.
• 6. Just wait for a few days, you will recieve a new item.

The received model is different from the picture:

• You should understand that the model you need may have been discontinued, and it is difficult or impossible to find an identical product in the market.
• You should understand: products of the same attribute. The models marked by different foundries are not the same, in fact they are compatible with each other or substitute.
• You should understand: the sales company cannot stock thousands of models.
• Despite this, we will use our years of experience and testing equipment to help you choose the best and most suitable compatible products.
• If the model you need happens to be in stock, we will give priority to the model you need.
